Venice area children are invited to the Annual Venice MainStreet/Venice Lions Halloween Parade Oct. 31 at 4 p.m. in Centennial Park. The parade down Venice Avenue will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m., led by "Old Betsy," Venice’s very own antique fire truck. The Venice Lions Club has sponsored the parade for 60 years, and hundreds of children attend.
