The Magnificent Midlothian Food Festival presented by Wegmans celebrated 31 years of sharing plates from local restaurants, local craft beer, Virginia wines and more on Oct. 12. All proceeds benefited local charities through Rotary International.

Closet Factory owners, Bryan and Teresa Mueller, presented a $29,000 check to the Bon Secours Foundation July 23 to support pediatric care in Richmond. Bryan and Teresa celebrated Closet Factory’s 20th anniversary with a fundraising celebration and donated a percentage of sales proceeds from their business for the months of April and May.

The popular handbag auction held March 21 at the Westin Richmond raised more than $73,000 to support CancerLINC’s mission of helping local cancer patients with legal and financial issues arising from their cancer diagnosis.
