Summer Fitness Frenzy

Summer in Castle Rock kicked off with residents showing up in droves to take advantage of the Summer Fitness Frenzy at Philip S. Miller Park on June 8. Participants had the opportunity to sweat through four 30-minute classes covering strength, cardio, dance and yoga. Vendors and a jumping castle rounded out this special morning event.

Douglas County Canine Rescue Holds Dog Adoption Event

A happy ending began for many grateful dogs on Saturday, June 8, as Douglas County Canine Rescue held an adoption event in the parking lot of the Olinger Andrews Caldwell Gibson Chapel in Downtown Castle Rock.
