Join our Thanksgiving tradition and come out early to run, walk or stroll Castle Rock’s largest attended race, 9-11 a.m. All proceeds benefit the Help and Hope Center, serving Douglas and Elbert counties. The Outlets at Castle Rock

Head to the Outlets at Castle Rock this Black Friday and hunt for holiday deals in the moonlight. The Moonlight Madness begins at 8 p.m. on Thanksgiving night and continues into Friday until 9 p.m. Shoppers will enjoy a free pancake breakfast, a special grab bag giveaway, live entertainment and a live D.J. commanding a light-up LED dance floor.

Northeast Denver's Turkey Trot initiates at Central Park in Stapleton and features a free fun run for kids ages 10 and under. Registration includes professionally timed results, race photos and a T-shirt. Adults 21-plus get free beverages and more; strollers and dogs are welcome.
