Senior Seminar: The Facts about the New Reverse Mortgages
If you’re age 62 or older, your home type, home value and rates all figure into the reverse mortgage process (home equity conversion mortgage) that lets you retain ownership while receiving an allotment of tax-free cash. If you’ve wondered whether a reverse mortgage may be right for you after the changes made by HUD in 2017, this seminar will prove worthy. James Warburton of Paramount Residential Mortgage Group in Denver discusses the pros and cons of the new reverse mortgages at 4 p.m. on April 18 at the Senior Life Expo. In addition to the seminar, James will be available for further conversation at the expo, which will be held from 1–5 p.m. at the Douglas County Events Center, 500 Fairgrounds Road in Castle Rock.
